How long does it take to get my song?

Most songs are hand-crafted and delivered to your email within a few hours (often faster!). During very busy times (holidays, weekends), it can take up to 24 hours. You’ll get your MP3 as soon as it’s ready.

Is every song checked by a real person?

Yes! Every single song is listened to and quality-checked by hand before it reaches your inbox. We make sure the lyrics are perfect, the name is pronounced right, and everything is 100 % positive, kid-safe, and joyful.

What details do you need from me?

Just a few fun things:

  • Child’s first name (exactly how it should sound when sung)
  • Any family members, friends, siblings, grandparents, or pets to include
  • Their current favorite toys, animals, colors, foods, activities, superheroes, princesses, sports, etc.
